Combined Services LLC (CSLLC) will work with the employer to provide a written plan document and summary plan description that meet their goals and complies with IRS and Department of Labor guidelines. The employer will be provided with the necessary paperwork to implement a Health Reimbursement Account. The customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (EST) to handle inquiries and to process claims and enrollments.

Plans that are on a "pay as you go" or are "self-funded" are governed by nondiscrimination rules found in Code Section 105(h). Failure to comply with these rules means plan benefits will become taxable to "highly compensated" employees.
