Exciting News from Northeast Delta Dental:

Northeast Delta Dental (NEDD), through its holding company, Red Tree Holdings, Inc., acquired Combined Services LLC (CSLLC), a general insurance agency, from Fort Dearborn Life Insurance Company® of Chicago, Illinois. This new venture aligns with NEDD’s long-range planning strategies to diversify and will help us stay competitive in the marketplace as well as sustain our financial future. 

Since 1979, Combined Services has sold Northeast Delta Dental dental programs through independent producers. The acquisition by Northeast Delta Dental does not change CSLLC’s relationship with you, our producers.   Combined Services LLC will continue its product offerings such as COBRA compliance and flexible benefit administration, medical and dependent care administration, and group life and disability.  Combined Services LLC will also continue to sponsor existing producer incentive programs for Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont business that you place.  As part of the transaction, Combined Services LLC has entered into an exclusive long-term contract to offer Fort Dearborn Life’s group and voluntary life and disability products in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
